L’architettura umanitaria come infrastruttura di confine
Abstract
Il paper esplora il concetto di "abitare il limite" nei campi rifugiati, analizzando il loro impatto visivo e spaziale. Attraverso Foucault e Agamben, si considera il campo come spazio di eccezione e l'esclusione politica dei rifugiati. Si affronta la trasformazione del campo da temporaneo a permanente, evidenziando la violenza infrastrutturale e discutendo il ruolo delle infrastrutture nello spazio. L'analisi sottolinea la mancanza di progettazione efficace negli spazi di accoglienza, enfatizzando la necessità di considerare bisogni sociali e psicologici. Si conclude evidenziando l'ambiguità tra cura e controllo nelle infrastrutture di confine, sollevando la questione dell'architettura umanitaria.
