The authors must also verify that their contribution meets the following conditions, otherwise, the submission will be excluded:
- the submission has not been previously published or proposed to another journal or website;
- the text of the article, the notes, and the references are written in compliance with the stylistic and bibliographical criteria expressed in the guidelines;
- text and iconography submission files respect the formatting criteria indicated.

To always ensure blind peer review of submitted proposals (i.e. to keep the identity of the authors anonymous), it is necessary that
- authors should state their names only at the beginning of the file, after the subtitle (followed by their orcid codes);
- The text's wording does not contain any references making explicit the correlation (coincidence) between the article's author and any research or publications cited.

The file containing the articles' text should be sent in .doc (or .docx) format, without tabs, formatting, or indentation other than those indicated below.
The file must be named using Author_Journal Number; for example, Di-Nardo_35.doc.

The maximum number of iconographic elements accompanying the texts (i.e. all photographic images, drawings and tables) is 10.

At the end of the article, after the References (rigorously written according to the A.P.A. Style and in alphabetical order) will be the list of any notes given in the article, numbered progressively in square brackets [1], [2].

The files of the iconography (images, drawings, tables) will be sent in a zipped folder (together with or separately from the text file) named "iconography_author's name" using an extensive file transmission system such as wetransfer, writing to the address: redazione@and-architettura.it.
