Exhibited architecture

Exhibition layouts at Santa Maria della Scala, Siena

Abstract

The exhibition project must be able to camouflage, by organising it, the space behind the individual conceptual, scientific, critical, organisational, design, regulatory, executive and promotional operations that converge in the exhibition, finally summarising the complexity in a project that establishes, as Sergio Polano recalls, that "temporary relationship between a place used to exhibit, a series of objects to be exhibited, and an exhibition system understood as both conceptual and physical data".
