The systemic approach in the project strategy

Abstract

Edgar Morin defines hyper-complexity as a characteristic of «a system that reduces its conditioning by increasing its organizational capabilities, particularly its attitude to change», that corresponds to the organization: one of the ways of managing complexity suggested by him since there doesn’t exist one complexity but multiple complexities that intertwine.
