Abstract

The Strategic Plan “Olbia City of Europe” was the starting point for defining strategies for the sustainable development of the urban territory in the medium-long term, respecting the local social, environmental and economic capital. An indispensable urban resilience strategy that, by putting its territorial resources, skills and a necessary vision of the future back into circulation, can tackle the difficulties that new models of society and the economy place on the community.
