Fashion training in the transition
Abstract
The The Italian fashion system comprises many players who, faced with the challenges of the contemporary world, show the need to cultivate and enhance skills and knowledge. In this framework, training plays a significant role in accommodating the transformational trajectory pushing the fashion system to radical changes in approach, management and control of products and processes. This prompts questions about the knowledge and skills required and those needed in the future. The contribution deals with second-level fashion university education, relating to master's degree Courses, presenting the results of the first two years of the CDLM in Fashion System Design, part of the University's experimentation on Blended didactics.
