ARHIS Architekts, Observation Tower, Jurmala
Abstract
Following the decisions of the City of Jurmala, the project of the observation tower for the Ragakapa Park was moved to a new location in 2004/2005 and later realized in 2010.
Considering that the locations were different, some changes were made in colour and size.
