A new three-dimensionality

Abstract

One of architect Simone Micheli’s most recent creations is to be found inside the prestigious Hotel Exedra Nice: a remarkably innovative wellness center located in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, «aimed at reawakening the senses through a design whose strong, stirring features build a kind of synesthesia», as Micheli says.

At first glance, it might look more like a creative space than a spa: everything is designed to cradle guests in a sort of dream world.
The interiors show painstaking attention to detail: there is a perfect synergy between basic elements that ensure full functionality and sculptural forms that usher guests into an ethereal parallel universe. Here, they can live out a unique, private experience within the new three dimensions of architetture, well-being, and the senses.
